DECEMBER 2021 UPDATE

• The Covid-19 pandemic continues to have major impacts on life and travel
• Train services continue to be revised and amended so travellers should use the Train Operator’s websites for the latest times and travel information
• Chiltern’s franchise has ended and has been replaced by a 6-year Direct Award to Chiltern from the Department for Transport
• West Midland Railways continues to have serious problems resulting in significant delays and cancellations to services on our line
• It is hoped to hold the next SALRUA AGM in May 2022
• We are very sorry to announce the death of SALRUA’s previous Chairman, Frank Shaw
